The price is the only thing I liked. It was reasonably priced since we were only in town for one night because my son had doctor appointments. Also the refrigerator suprisingly got really cold. We’ve stayed here twice in the past and had good experiences which is another reason I choice this motel again. The location of where the motel is is fine it’s just the motel itself is going down hill.

NOTHING!! We never got a chance to stay at the property. When we arrived 3/31/23 a EF3 tornado had hit Little Rock Arkansas and there was no power at the hotel. The property manager instructed us ( me and my daughter with grand children) to cancel our rooms. To get refunded. We had 2 rooms reserved .And we still HAVE NOT gotten REFUNDED our money

The kitchen and room were very clean even though I had requested a non-smoking ground floor and was given a third floor smoking room someone had cleaned it
